Do I need to buy any software?
No. Every course runs on free trial accounts you create on day one. We show you how. If you already use the tools at work, you can use your own account instead.
What's the difference between learn-only and with-certificate?
Same lessons, same live sessions, same homework. With-certificate adds trainer review of your homework and final project, and the certificate itself. You can upgrade within 90 days and what you've paid counts toward it.
I have no business background. Can I keep up?
Yes. Start-pathway courses assume nothing. We teach the business concept first, then the tool. Build and Transform expect one Start course or real experience running a business.
What if I miss a live session?
Homework is posted after every session so you can catch up. Miss two in a row and your trainer reaches out to help you get back on track.
How big is a cohort?
Small, so your questions get answered live and your homework gets read by a human. Transform cohorts are capped at 15.
Weekday or weekend, which should I pick?
Same curriculum, same small cohorts. Weekday batches run Mon–Fri at 19:30 IST, two 2-hour sessions a week. Weekend batches run Saturday and Sunday, 2 hours each. Pick whichever you'll actually show up for.
Is the certificate recognised?
It's issued by Didin Academy, the training arm of Alpha Cloud Technologies, a Zoho Authorized Partner. It is earned on a trainer-reviewed final project, not attendance, and your working build is what you show an employer or client.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. The first chapter of every course is free, and we run free 60-minute live webinars every month. See what's coming up.
Can my company sponsor a team?
Yes. Private cohorts and invoicing for teams of 8+ are available. Write to training@alphacloudtech.com.
Refunds?
Full refund up to 48 hours before the first session. After that, you can move to the next cohort of the same course once at no cost.
